We recover what mines leave behind.
Streeter Mining Group removes, refurbishes and recycles retired underground and surface mining equipment — turning liabilities on a mine site into recovered value, handled to the safety standard mine operators expect from their own crews.
Recover. Repair. Rebuild. Reclaim.
Every asset we take on follows the same disciplined path — from the moment it's flagged for removal to the moment it either goes back to work or comes back as scrap value.

Run the way a mine site expects its own crews to run.
Streeter Mining Group is an Alberta-incorporated mining services company built around one idea: retired equipment on a mine site is rarely worthless — it's just unaccounted for. We give it a documented path back to value, or to responsible recycling, without adding risk to the site it came from.
The company is founder-led and hands-on, with a head office in Edmonton, Alberta and field operations across Alberta and Northern Ontario. Every job runs against a written safety program before the first unit is touched — not built after the fact.
We work as a contractor accountable to the same standards mine operators hold their own workforce to, including formal hazard assessment, lockout/tagout, and full chain-of-custody tracking for every unit and component that passes through our hands.
- Written hazard assessment and lockout/de-energizing before any unit is touched
- Full chain-of-custody documentation from first inspection to final disposition
- Environmental and fluid handling to a documented containment standard
- Incident reporting and investigation on every job, not only reportable ones
- Contractor safety programs structured for client prequalification review
